The Wind Horse is a symbolic steed made up of fast moving air.
Depicted with a treasure chest of flaming jewels on it’s back, the Wind Horse represents a swift pace of fulfillment based on the radiance of your own soul.
It is, quite literally, a vortex that stems from the expression of your authentic self.
Kundalini yoga is a self-created Wind Horse.
Instead of waiting for the vortex to find you or to hopefully wake up in “alignment”, Kundalini yoga capitalizes on your own electromagnetism.
When you Kundalini yoga deals practice daily, you:
regularly strengthen your nervous system
deepen your glands
align the energetic aspects of the body,
create a slipstream of achieved visions.
