In this workshop we will

• Move & breathe in precise Kundalini kriya and mantra to open the subtle body and self-sensory system.

• Orient with far-cosmos astrology—sky wisdom to clarify the current moment and the time ahead.

• Complete with a nature ceremony of reciprocity, returning positive energy to the earth.

What to bring

• One small, respectful item we may use in the ceremony:

• natural items: flowers, seeds, grains, a clean stone, spring water, a leaf;

• a small portion of bread, fruit, honey, tea, or handmade food;

• a brief note or prayer on plain paper/thread.

• A yoga mat or sheepskin.

• Water,

• A shawl or extra layer (we will be outside)

• And a journal/pen.
