Recipe: Crystal Charged Water

Structured water—sometimes called hexagonal water or EZ water (Exclusion Zone water—is believed to be the most bioavailable form of water for the human body.

Structured water is found organically in springs, natural vortexes (falling water), body’s of water charged by thunder, lightening, the sun and the moon and organic fruit and vegetables with a high water content, structured water has a chemical formula of H3O2 which improves cellular absorption.

Since we don’t go out to harvest our water, crystal charged water helps to re- create what we would normally find in nature. Crystal charged water also reminds our cells of inherent, biolgical intelligence and can help the body activate crystal intelligence.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 1 gallon glass jar with spigot

• 1 gallon purified, clean water water

• 8–15 drops of seawater (from the ocean!) OR a pinch of Maldon sea salt (sundried

• ocean water)

• 1 or 2 quartz crystals, 3 inches long, or larger 30 drops Premier Research Lab pH Minerals

• Magnets (optional)
  
  

DIRECTIONS:

Place all of the above into a large glass jar with a spigot and cover with a lid. The crystals do not have to be in any particular arrangement, just large enough so they do not hamper the spigot.

Give the water a good spin to the right so that it takes on positive ionic energy and place somewhere out of direct sunlight, the darker the better.

Place a water jar on magnets. The north side of magnets reduces bacteria and further structures the water. The north side of a magnet reduces and shrinks things, while the south side makes things grow.

For our purposes, the north side is preferable. Store in the kitchen at room temperature. Use for all water needs, i.e., drinking, recipes, herbal remedies, etc.

Charged water can carry a frequency for up to 6 weeks.
